Ericsson launches JOGN Labs to lead AI research

Faculty Dedicated Research -based initiatives to advance AI for telecom, have launched the Junic Labs.
Instead of a single physical base, virtually Operating Perating, the JNOL Labs Graph will explore AI techniques such as neural network (GNN), active education and large -scale language models (LLMS).
According to Ericsson, these innovations make the spine of the company’s solutions for the upcoming pay generation of mobile communications and indicate the company’s commitment to expand AI’s transformative prospects in other sectors, such as healthcare.
This initiative puts a strong emphasis on open cooperation, associated with the open source community to advance the development of AI technologies for huge social gain.
“The OGN Labs leads to the innovation in the AI and presents our commitment to make a significant contribution to the Open Source community,” said Jean-Christophe Lunarie, head of Ericsson’s Juanic Network Solutions.
“Our goal is to create world-class research that can benefit the educational community and enhances our products to provide better service to our customers.”
The triad of Ericsson AI Labs
The Central to Ognic Labs Initiative is three different research weapons, focused on each AI’s specific area:
- Gai Lab (geometric artificial intelligence lab): This lab emphasizes the explanation in geometric education, graph generation and temporal GNNS, looking for geometric AI. Ericsson expects this task to contribute significantly to areas such as drug discovery and enable the formation of more efficient pharmaceuticals.
- MLR Lab (Machine Learning and Logic Lab): By focusing on training model Optim Ptimization and Reinforcement Education, this lab aims to advance energy-efficient training for AI models and support digital twins who imitate physical realities. Potential benefits include the decline in time and energy costs, the main priorities in the development of durable AI.
- FAI Lab (Fundamental Artificial Intelligence Lab): Dedicated to foundational AI models such as large -scale language models dello, this Lab tries to shape the future of the AI app in Telecom. Its primary goal is to automate processes and improve critical technical efficiency for this area.
By organizing JS OGN Labs in these special units, Ericsson looks to cope with various challenges while focusing on the benefit of AI for wide range of programs.
Open source collaboration
In line with its relationship with the open source community, the Labs of the Ognor prefer the development of reusable AI libraries. This accession helps to boost progress in multiple domains from both researchers and industry professionals, from healthcare to digital communication.
In addition, Ericsson is hoping to attract leading global researchers and data scientists .He hopes to attract Manno to its folds, AI will increase its credentials as a leader in innovation.
Spain is emerging as part of the Labs of the Labs, while Erickson Spain played a leading role in Madrid and Malaga due to its strong R&D activities. This is encouraged by a new contract with attention Komilas Pontificial UniversityEspecially with his school Engineering F Engineering (Komilas ICAI).
The connection between Ericsson and ICAI is ready to accelerate AI research through active partnerships in joint publications and open source initiatives. Teams of Ericsson and Data Beginning .NoCo’s teams will closely collaborate with the university’s research teams to innovate at both national and European levels.
“The Ga Close collaboration between the newcomers and engineers of the Teams of Ericsson and ICAI will lead to the innovation at the national and European level, strengthening its position as a benchmark of technology and development.”
This partnership reflects Ericsson’s commitment not only for its ZOGN Labs initiative, but also to develop Spain’s skills in AI techniques of Spain. Through this R&D effort, the company tries to strengthen its position as a leading innovation In telecom And forward.
In addition to playing AI’s crucial role in shaping up the upcoming pay generation of mobile communications, Ericsson’s J-Ogn Labs leads to an important step-not only for the company, but also for industries and communities that benefit from its distant, changing prospects. There is a brother.
