In my life, maintaining a career in civil service is an honor. Serving your country and your american fellow is a dream for people who want our country better, shorter, clean. And made the efficient government, fair, and honest.
Working for the federal government, as an infectious disease specialist in CDC or Embassy staff in Cairo or a air traffic controler. FBI agents are the crop cream. United States lawyers know what they do: their conviction twice the state and local prosecutors. Now senior agents of the FBI and US Actiplyeys are fired. Donald Trump wants to destroy the civil service and it does well.
And it’s not all. One of Trump’s leading operatives wants to discourage government workers.
An important project 2025 is the new head of the office of management and budget, Ruste targeted by his ambitions. “We want the bureaucrats can be affected by traumatiatically … we want to put it in trauma.” The person who is likely to guard all federal agencies that his fellow citizens work for agencies who are regarded and demonic, as well as unemployed.
Can you imagine your boss hoping you don’t want to work because you are considered a “villain?” Sought to use that word. Sounds like premise for a dystopian novel. But it’s all true, all happening now.
The Federal government uses over 2 million people outside the military. Most people who are people civil civilians traditionally keep their jobs regardless of the White House. They allow peaceful transfer of power to take place. Except it is almost impossible to replace those workers with each new administration, many of the workers have many experiences and reduce chances for corruption as nepotism.

Also, his claims in a bloated bureaucracy are bogus. Those inside the federal government says they are truly unchanged, and the numbers give birth to it. Rolls of civil service robbery increased from 1980, but the country’s population grown at 32% at the same time in the frame. So the same number of people works for 100 million Americans.
However Trump wants to get as much as he can, so he can: a) avoid paying billions of dollars and benefits. It should be a surprise to anyone. The project 2025 is describing this exact scenario in months ago.
Trump gave the job of the hatchet man’s hatchet to Elon Musk, unknown due to his soft touch when humiliation comes. When he bought Twitter, musk shot, bought, or furloughed 80% of its staff.
Many of the main civil servants were fired, including the most important federal adventutors, senior leaders of the FBI, and 18 inspectors of all that were not important.
Last week, those who still work with an ultimatum email with a subject line, “forks on the road.” Musk sends a similar email with the same line of subject to Twitter employees after he purchases the social media site.
Email offers all Federal employees a choice: Hopefully and receives Trump’s to ask that anyone will remain “reliable, loyal, running dangerous, and charge until September. This “deal” is offered by almost every civilian Sibiyan, regardless of their skills, or Tenure of the Federal Government. 5 to 10% to obtain the purchase . So far 2% agreed.

The short term marking this civil service wrecking is obvious and evil, but long terms are worse. Losing knowledge and knows – how thousands of experts are unobstructed.
No one argues that our civil service is perfect, even if it is one of the best in the world and acknowledged so. But its destruction is like now that has happened unchanged for saying the least – and risk for the country.
