Human legend warns of a threat of “relegation” without significant summer review
Manchester United’s legend, Paul Scholes, warned that “relegation” could be on the cards next season if the club fails to hire sufficiently in the summer transport window.
United has hit news after 2013 low this season, slipping on the 13th on the Premier League table. Ruben Amorim has replaced Erik Ten Hag as a coach, but Portugal’s insistence on implementing his own system in the midst of a lack of players that suits it has delayed any recovery in property.
The Wing-Back Patrick Dorgu was the only January recruit, an example of a player specifically oriented to AMORIM. Geovany Quenda is another in a similar mold that could participate in the summer.
But Scholes considers other central positions more priority, insisting that the reinforcement is needed just through the group’s spine.
“There are a few things about. There are a lot of things (amorim) they have to do, we all know that, especially in the transport windows, but I don’t see the core of players,” Scholes said during a new episode of The debate on the coating fan.
“When you look at the groups, you look just below the spine of a group.” Liverpool: Big goalkeeper, big center, add -ons, middle, anything.
Starting with a complete list of wishes, the retired star said: “I think a new goalkeeper is required, possibly two centers, two central players and two centrally forwards.”
Scholes suggested that a central midfielder and an imposing center forward, implying that he is not convinced by Rasmus Hojlund or Joshua Zirkzee, are the two most important areas to face.
“When you have this spine, then you can add pieces to it,” he said. “This spine, this core, is so important. If they don’t do this this summer, it may sound ridiculous, but the form since this manager is, they could consider relegation. I tell you, it was so bad. “
