A new MDN learning experience

Going forward, we will continue to update the content and design to make Learning Web Development more useful to students and teachers.

We intend to give article content a major overhaul in our development by 2025. Much of the content is timeless and does a good job of teaching the basics, but the pacing is uneven, some of articles are quite long (which can be intimidating for beginners), and some of the challenges and examples are long. Inspired by resources like the content created by our learning partner, Scrimba, we intend to slightly modify our content to make it more fun, scalable, and easy to digest.

We’re also looking at improving the design of our learning pages, to echo the bright bold design we use across the curriculum and further enhance the experience. You can expect to see regular development progress, so watch this space.
