Cindy Ngamba, the boxing star who came out of the Olympics last summer, makes her professional debut on Friday March 7th, live Sports.
Ngamba made history in Paris 2024 when he became the first member of the refugee team to ever secure an Olympic medal.
He won the Middleweight Bronze at Roland Garros, opening her tournament with a victory over the champion of the world champion and garnered a series of impressive performances.

“It’s a phenomenal talent. It brings something different from the boxing of women. It has a piece of a swagger for her. It’s rough,” Shalom told NGAMBA.
“I think it will match the professionals. If there is ever a fighter will fit the professionals who are about to be.” Sports.
“We thought about who we could get to the mixture with Savannah (Marshall) and Claresa in the Middleweight Department. There are not many elite, elite fighters.
“This is the goal. We have to build it. Make sure it gets all the support, the right opponents. It’s a phenomenal talent, but, as I say, it will suit professionals incredibly well.”
A possible conflict with Shield in the end – “that’s the goal”.
Shalom said: “Everyone has always said that no one can approach Claresa Shields. I think Savannah Marshall can in a rematch in heavyweight section, I believe Lauren Price can get there and I believe now that Cindy Ngamba now.
“Cindy and Lauren Spar are very much. She’s a phenomenal talent. It’s really and what a story is also big because it’s so unique and different and it’s going to be a welcome addition to the sport.”
