Defense and space firm Voyager Technologies files for IPO – WSJ

thread
Defense and space company Voyager Technologies has filed confidentially for an initial public offering in the United States, which could value the company between $2 billion and $3 billion.
An IPO could happen later this year and Morgan Stanley and Latham & Watkins have been chosen to lead the offering, according to a WSJ report on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Denver-based Voyager, which was founded in 2019, is among the private companies developing a commercial space station with NASA funding.
In June, Palantir Technologies (PLTR) announced a strategic AI partnership with the Voyager space exploration enterprise.
