Developer of LockBit Ransomware Explains to the United States

Rostislav Panev, 51-year-old dual Russian-Israeli National, alleges that the main developer for the infamous people Palm The Rinsemware Gang, from Israel to the United States, has been extradited to the Department of Justice Public Thursday.

“If you are a member of the LockBit Ransomware Conspiracy, the United States will find you and justify you,” said United States Attorney John Geordano.
