Captain America: Brave New World

During a recent interview with Empire (via Screen Rant), Antony Mackie said Captain America: Brave New World it’s not really a sequel The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

what you do (Captain America: Brave New World) is not, it is The Falcon and the Winter Soldier 2.5. Being a Black man in America, it’s something you can’t ignore because every day you leave the house, you have to deal with it. It will always be subtext, but it is not the focus. I think what we dealt with on the show was specifically for the show.

The Sandman

Jenna Coleman confirmed Screen Rant she will return as Johanna Constantine in the second season of The Sandman.

Yes. Yes, I think I’m allowed to say that. I’m pretty sure they are. Well, I was seen on the set actually, so yes, I definitely am. Yes. Yes, I’m back in Season 2. I would say (season two) is probably more visually stunning than it was the first year. I mean, I’ve done bits of ADR. What can I say without Allan Heinberg yelling at me? The scale is, I mean, it’s so cinematic and so I think it’s a very unique show. So yes, everything you loved in Season 1 is here and safer.
