Finnish police seized $2.6 million worth of watches from Hex founder Richard Hirt


Finnish police seized $2.6 million worth of watches from Hex founder Richard Schueler (aka Richard the Heart).

Finland’s national broadcaster Yleisradio Oy (Yale) said Yesterday, local law enforcement seized 20 expensive watches (many of them Rolexes) from Schuler, who is wanted for tax evasion. Goods totaling $2.68 million were left at the Espoo residence, according to a translated copy of the report.

Schuler founded Hex, a cryptocurrency sold as a highly profitable “blockchain certificate of deposit.” The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is investigating its designation as a potential unregistered securities. Schuler is also accused of misappropriating $12 million in luxury goods and advertising false earnings.

The message about the watch is as follows reported at the end of December Interpol, the world’s largest international human rights organization, has issued an arrest warrant for Shuler on charges of tax fraud and assault. According to the report, the man “grabbed the 16-year-old victim by her hair, dragged her up the stairs and physically assaulted her, knocking her to the ground.”

Most of the watches were bought in Finland, others in the USA. Harry Saaristola, the detective in charge of the Shuelar investigation, said he was able to trace the goods through police intelligence services.

The US SEC claims that Hex fails the Howey Test and qualifies it as a security. He noted that the price of his token has fallen by 98.4% from its peak. regulator Shuler accused and three entities, PulseChain, PulseX and Hex, in the summer of 2023.
