Finnish police seized $2.6 million worth of watches from Hex founder Richard Hirt

Finnish police seized $2.6 million worth of watches from Hex founder Richard Schueler (aka Richard the Heart).

Finland’s national broadcaster Yleisradio Oy (Yale) said Yesterday, local law enforcement seized 20 expensive watches (many of them Rolexes) from Schuler, who is wanted for tax evasion. Goods totaling $2.68 million were left at the Espoo residence, according to a translated copy of the report.

Schuler founded Hex, a cryptocurrency sold as a highly profitable “blockchain certificate of deposit.” The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is investigating its designation as a potential unregistered securities. Schuler is also accused of misappropriating $12 million in luxury goods and advertising false earnings.

The message about the watch is as follows reported at the end of December Interpol, the world’s largest international human rights organization, has issued an arrest warrant for Shuler on charges of tax fraud and assault.
