A criminal hearing against Fintech Startup founder Charlie Javis began on Friday, the lawyers presented their initial arguments, Reuters reported.
Lawyers reaffirmed their original claims and defense Trial Against JP Morgan Chase in December 2022. That charge was also original SEC ComplaintThe one who charged Javis “misrepresented many of Frank’s users of JP Morgan.”
JP Morgan claims that when more than 70% of the marketing test emails were bounced in Frank’s customers’ list, he found out about the alleged fraud.
Jevis’ lawyers have claimed that JP Morgan worked enough and the result of the buyer’s repentance due to government change with the forms of financial support, accusing the claim of the transaction out of the deal.
Javis, who is now 32 years old, may be sentenced to years in prison if he is convicted of making fraud and fake data.
