Gwyneth Paltrow he reflected on what he “left behind” in 2024 and revealed his goals for the coming year.

In the caption, Paltrow shared a passage from her Goop newsletter, writing: “My friend gave me a numerology reading, and I learned that I am in a year of nine, which is a year of fulfillment and fine. I’ve had a few very strong lessons. I’ve had a lot of goodbyes this year, I’ve had some revelations that have led to the end of things.

She continued: “The numerologist contextualized all this for me, but this year was to learn to understand that it was a year of endings. And that sometimes those endings were really painful and came with great changes and recalibrations.

“I learned to loosen my grip on things and learn a lot to let go. And also to understand that everything is always successful for your highest good, even if it is super uncomfortable.”

Paltrow later included a photo taken at her home, noting that she had left “our house.” In June, the Oscar winner listed her six-bedroom home in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood for $29.99 million.

In his Instagram post, he shared another snap of paintings with birds, flowers and butterflies, writing “some very dear colleagues”.

In the fourth image, the actress was seen lying on the floor next to her German Shepard, Nero. On the photo, he wrote, “a dog,” adding a broken heart emoji.

On a floating cloud video, Paltrow wrote that she was letting go of “some people that weren’t good for me.”

The actress included a video of a fountain with the writing, “Index freedom and expansion.” She then included a photo of herself in a sauna, claiming her goal was to “feel better.”

She was seen wearing a white Goop t-shirt with black leather shorts in a mirror selfie she shared, writing, “Crush it at work (2024 was our best year ever, and many more to come).

“Keep going so we can have tough conversations” was written on a photo of a cliff overlooking the ocean. In a video of a bridge over a river, he wrote that he wanted to “continually reevaluate everything.”
