“Highest time Indian audience stops…”: Gaurav Taneja slammed for promoting other brands with Shark Tank India

After getting some deals for his supplement brand BeastLife on Shark Tank India season 4, YouTuber Gaurav Taneja aka Flying Beast is in the middle of another controversy. This time, to promote a different brand than BeastLife with Shark Tank India.

Taneja was seen promoting Rosier Foods, another brand known for manufacturing organic ghee using the Vedic technique. Other popular products of the brand are oil, Amlaprash, raw and natural honey, as well as nut bottles.

In an Instagram story posted by Rosier Foods, the influencer can be seen selling these products at a special Shark Tank discount of 15 percent. Needless to say, social media users were outraged by the promotional exercise.

Some users have even suggested that people should stop consuming content from influencers like Gaurav Taneja. Others thought the move was hypocritical, since the YouTuber didn’t say anything about Rosier Foods on the show, but now he’s promoting it with Shark Tank.

“It’s time the Indian public stop consuming the content of these so-called influencers and gamers and show them their actual location,” said one user.

“Such a poor job removing the Beast Life logo on the shirt (sic),” one user wrote.

“That’s exactly why the sharks didn’t give this guy any offers…..Yet he shamelessly promoted the brand he clearly refused to say a word about on the shark tank show when he was asked,” a third user. he said.

“Such a shameful and shady guy. I don’t want to share his ghee business details on these, but he uses these logos to promote the same business. No wonder the sharks rejected his pitch,” he said another user.

“I tried the ghee recently and it sucked. Absolutely scam and what it costs people,” said another netizen.

According to BeastLife, Taneja failed to secure any deal on the show because the sharks did not find the influencer’s responses convincing enough to offer any kind of investment.

He sought an investment of ₹1 crore for 1% equity in his company. When he and the brand’s CEO said they recorded sales worth ₹1 crore within an hour of the launch, Vineeta Singh was quick to say it was because of his followers.
