We are looking for a technical leader with deep understanding of AI capabilities while maintaining a strong sense of behavior, especially with sensitive domains like youth mental health.
Essentials of core
- Proven track record of independent construction and shipping applications full of scales to solve real user’s requirements, with a study of product results and user results.
- Vigorous Foundation of Data Science and Machine Learning, with experience using data to drive product decisions, designing and analyzing attempts at A / B.
- Deep understanding of modern AI capabilities and limits, pragmatic balance of Pragmatic Mean – you know if AI increases real value to serve users better.
- Experienced navigating complex behavior of technology, especially around safe, privacy, and responsible deployment of AI.
- Shows the ability to move easily and change while continuing to proceed. patterns for safety and effectiveness, especially when served with weak populations
- Technical leather to evaluate and implement AI solutions as appropriate, while continuing to focus on the user’s needs of the core and scalable effect.
Main Responsibilities
- Building and developing our platform architer, create interfaces and systems that effectively combine AI capabilities with user experiences.
- The design and enforce the strong experimentary frameworks to continue to measure and improve the effectiveness of our services.
- The product’s product decisions by data analysis, interpret views of parts that are increasingly developing mental health results.
- Sending and repairing production shares across the platform ecosystem (Gultok, Discord, etc.), directly affected millions of young people.
- Advance to AI and Digital Mental Healthy by contributing research initiatives and open source, which can help the wider community.
