Less than 1% of Microsoft (MSFT) shareholders voted for the Bitcoin (BTC) proposal

Only 0.55% of Microsoft (MSFT) shareholders voted on a proposal to include Bitcoin (BTC) on the company’s balance sheet. Last company application With the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Some of the other shareholder proposals, which directed the company to create a report on AI and misinformation/distortion, as well as other proposals that highlighted the risks of developing the weapon, failed.
Speculative markets were skeptical that Microsoft would make a move to adopt the digital asset Polymarket rates giving it a 12-16% chance of ratification.
