A little one month after the great spacox launch ended with blast Over many Caribbean islands, the company prepared the next rocket for a test flight.
According to a notice posted Through the Federal Aviation Administration, the eighth flight of Stapships Vira’s testing will occur early on February 26th from the Starbase Launch Site in South Texas. The launch window from 5:30 pm Local Time (23:30 UTC) to 7:09 pm (01:09 UTC).
The company’s resources are confirmed that this date of launch can, but it is also possible that the launch can be eliminated for a day or two to Thursday or Friday next week.
This is an important flight for the Spacex to get the Starship track.
During the last mission on January 16, the first stage of the rocket was normal, and a few minutes after the launch, successfully obtained by the Texas. However, a few minutes of star fly over long stage, a fire developed in the AFT section of the vehicle, which led to loss of machines.
