Pep Guardiola says he is “the happiest man on this planet” when Kevin de Bruyne shines – but Manchester City manager can’t say if the midfielder stays in the club when his contract expires at the end of the season.

Kevin de Bruyne contract
Ever since he participated in the city for a record fee of £ 54.5 million from Wolfsburg in 2015, De Bruyne won the Premier League six times, the Champions League once, The Fa cup twice and the EFL Cup five times.
The Belgian player signed his current agreement as an extension of two years in 2021, but fought with injuries during the last seasons and struggled to regain his best form in 2024/25.
Guardiola reiterated on Friday that De Bruyne’s future will depend on the talks between the 33 -year -old and the club, adding after the win over Argyle that “no one knows” if he will be the two -time premiers of the Final League campaign at Etihad Stadium.

Last summer, De Bruyne said he was “open to everything” and talked about the huge wealth offered if he participated in those who like former Aymeric Laporte teammate in the Saudi Pro League.
“It has problems in the last year and half, like many players,” Guardiola said earlier this season. “This is how he will appear for us by the end of the season. His age and these things … the club has to think about it.”

When is the fourth draw of FA Cup 2025?
The draw will take place on Sunday, March 2, after Manchester United, who won the city in the final 2023/24, trying to win a third victory over Fulham this season, when Cottagers visit Old Trafford.
This game starts at 4.30pm, so the earliest could be held at about 6.30pm.
