Realme 14 Pro+ camera details confirmed

The Realme 14 Pro+ it was partially announced last month and we already have to spend some practical spend time with the device, including some photo and video samples you can check out here.
Now we have more details about the camera sensors on the device.
The star of the show is the periscope camera, which uses Sony’s IMX882 sensor with a triple flash. It’s a 1/2-inch sensor with 50MP imaging and OIS, with 3x optical zoom and 120x hybrid zoom. These types of sensors are rare outside of flagship territory, and hopefully more mid-range devices will get similar hardware this year.
The periscope lens is joined by a 24mm-equivalent 50MP primary shooter that uses a 1/1.56-inch IMX896 sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS. The unit also features 2x in-sensor lossless zoom that delivers perspective shots in a short time with the device.
The third unit on the back is an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 112° field of view and f/2.2 aperture. We should also mention one remaining camera sensor – a 32MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture and eye-tracking autofocus.
The Realme 14 Pro+ has some promising camera hardware and it impressed us during our short time with the device. We’ll be sure to update you with more details and the usual set of tests in our full review.
