Schulte Hospitality to enhance management capabilities with the 34th Floor

Schulte Hospitality Group entered into a partnership with 34th Floor Hospitality to enhance restaurant management capabilities.

The 34th Floor will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Schulte.

The deal will allow Schulte to enhance its restaurant services by leveraging the expertise of 34th Floor co-founders Olivier Zardoni and Alex Taylor.

The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.

34th Floor Hospitality specializes in enhancing operations, creating efficient systems and building hospitality brands.

The company’s client base includes international hotel chains and casino companies, alongside restaurant and entertainment brands.

Its portfolio includes partnerships with TopGolf, MSC Cruises, Barrière Casino & Resort, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, MGM International and Hilton International.

Schulte works with clients such as hotel owner groups, real estate investors and developers.

The company manages properties affiliated with major brands including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt and IHG, as well as independent boutique hotels.

In June 2024, Schulte Hospitality Group selected eTip for the digital tipping and financial benefits platform for a portfolio-wide implementation to enhance the guest experience.

The new partnership will help associates in Schulte’s global portfolio of more than 200 properties to utilize eTip’s advanced contactless tipping technology.
