Software engineer, growth and maintenance of cenecrafters

We aim to keep our interview process, all these steps can be completed within 1-2 days.

Introduction zoom chat (15-30 min):

We will meet you with a short call for us to learn each other. We want to know about your experience and ambitions, and tell you ours. It’s also a great time for you to ask us any questions about the company, how we work, and this role.

Codecrafters challenge (2-3 hours)

We will choose a random Codecrafters Challenge, and you will work by some stages of a zoom call. You can use any language you are most comfortable with. This is a “semi-live” coding exercise – you will work on it with a zoom call, but give you time to work yourself in the middle.

This challenge helps us to evaluate how you approach problems with coding and thinking about structural code.

You are free to try our challenges ahead of time, we don’t think about this fraud.

Last zoom chat (30-60 min):

We will schedule another final zoom chat to discuss detail your work history, join timelines and more. If all is well, we will follow the email with a offer letter.
