Sorting Kansas City City’s offensive and defensive positions

The leaders of the city of Kansas have emerged as one of the largest dynasties ever gathered. They are on the brink of immortality on the occasion to become the first franchise in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls.

The leaders did not reach this position with a dumb luck or help from referees (despite what some NFL followers could claim). They arrived here because they are one of the best organizations in professional sports and have a stacked list of high quality players in every position.

Let us analyze the KC position groups and give each unit one degree from F.

Quarterback – a

Patrick Mahomes is the best General in NFL, even when he has one lower year statistics. During a season where he failed to meet his annual averages in terms of shipyard completion, passing the touchdowns and Quarterback scores, Mahomes won another 17 of the 18 matches that started and led the leaders to the Super Bowl.

It is also worth noting that the year we mentioned – 3,928 passing yards and 26 touchdowns with 67.5% completion rate – would be a career year for 98% of all other Quarterbacks in NFL history.

You cannot give the QB of Chiefs to any degree except for a.

Runs back – d

I am convinced that the extensive absence of Isiah Pacheco was truly harmful to KC’s room. Pacheco has not seen immediately after returning from injury to week 13. Since then, he has only averaged 29.3 hasty yards per game.

Kareem Hunt has taken part of the pressure from Pacheco, but his numbers are not much better. The 29 -year -old is good for only 55.7 yards per game.

Patrick Mahomes represented over 30% of KC playoffs. This tells me that the Chiefs Running Back Room fails to meet expectations.

Wide receiver – C

KC’s broad receivers were good enough to help the team get to a third consecutive Super Bowl.

Rookie Wideout Xavier Worthy has made a name for himself with a top 11 catches on 13 targets. The 130 playoffs who receive shipyards are second to the leaders only in Travis Kelce. Worthy has become one of the most important players in the Kansas City crime.

Juju Smith-Schuster, Hollywood Brown and Deandre Hopkins do not illuminate opponents, but have appeared at critical moments with six combined catches for 106 meters (25.1% of all KC shipyards).

The wide chiefs were fine but not separate.

A tight end – a

Travis Kelce must have a switch that is activated when the playoffs start. After completing the regular season with 51.4 meters per game and three touchdowns, Kelce now has an average of 68 meters per competition and already has a touchdown in two games after the season this year. In addition, it has almost doubled its shipyards per socket (8.5 during the regular season versus 15.1 in the postseason). As long as Travis Kelce puts his foot on the pitch with leaders and Patrick Mahomes, he has the ability to play like the best tight end of all time.

Backup Noah Gray can also do things when asked. It is a good inhibitor and calculates on average over 2.2 catches per game this year, which is more than enough when you support Travis Kelce.

Offensive line – C

Creed Humphrey was the best center in NFL during the regular period, according to Pro Football Focus ‘sorting system’. It had the highest degree of suspension of the regular period for the centers and the second highest degree of exclusion. However, the offensive line of the leaders is not great.

Proper treatment of Jawaan Taylor gave seven bags during the regular season. Joe Thune has allowed a sack as well as two Quarterback hits in the playoffs. Mike Caliendo and Trey Smith have been combined for a sack and three QB hits this postseason.

After delivery of 2.4 bags per matchup during the regular season, the KC offensive line has already allowed Patrick Mahomes to be removed five times in two playoffs. Connect this to bad rush numbers and stay with an average offensive line.

Defensive line – a

Of the ten bags that Kansas’s defense has this after the period, nine of them come from defensive ports.

The defensive final George Karlaftis looked like the game player against Houston Texas after finishing in the afternoon with three bags. It also had a substantial impact on the AFC championship with four total matches.

We also have to give flowers to Chris Jones, who was the highest rated defensive match in the playoffs. Despite steady triple teams and double teams, his four assisted races are tied to the third to the leaders.

In addition, four other defensive linemen have at least one bag this postseason.

This is undoubtedly the deepest unit of Chiefs and the team that plays the best now.

Linebacker – b

Drue Tranquill, Leo Chenal and Nick Bolton were the three guys that anchor KC’s body. Tranquill is tied to the team that leads to a total of (14) while Bolton is third in total (11). After that, there is a big gap until we get again with Chanel, who has six total races.

Both Swayze Bozeman and Cam Jones have an assisted treatment. However, almost all Kansas City’s line production comes from the three aforementioned.

I will give Tranquill, Chanel and Bolton AB and not C, because they were asked to play so many defensive snaps. Their consistent availability is extremely important for KC’s success on this side of the ball.

Cornerback – C

The chiefs Cornerback room has a very good player followed by a beam of average children who were fixed during the playoffs.

With three deformities, Trent McDuffie was one of the most annoying corner of the league. In addition, it has only allowed seven receptions to 136 defensive exercises (eighth-fewest among all Cornerbacks in the playoffs).

Jaylen Watson has given up three catches and has only one split of the playoffs. Meanwhile, Joshua Williams and Christian Roland-Wallace have been combined for two solo matches.

If it wasn’t for the Trent McDuffie, the KC corner would be the weakest unit in the team.

Security – a

Although sometimes aligned in the nickel back, Chamarri Conner has made the difference as a security with 14 total matches, a sack and a forced fumble. At the same time, Justin Reid has 12 of his own to go with split, as well as four pressures, most of the playoffs in the playoffs.

These two children would only be a large security room. But the leaders still have Bryan Cook, Jaden Hicks and Nazeeh Johnson, combined for 24 games in two games.

The leaders have players all over the boat in the security site. This could cause problems for Jalen Hurts and Philadelphia Eagles, who are recently ranked in Postseason Passing (138.7 meters per game).
