Luke Williams has been fired as the lead coach of Swansea City after a sad execution of form.
The victory at Stoke City over the weekend meant it was just one of the last 10 matches in all matches and the club decided that it needed a change.
Alan Sheehan has been set at an intermediate charge.
Assistant coach Ryan Harley and the analyst of the first team George Lawtey also abandoned the club.
Swansea President Andy Coleman said: “This was a difficult decision and the one that has not been slightly made. Luke drove the club through some provocative periods and we appreciate his hard work.
“I know the effort he and his staff have put on the last 13 months for the city of Swansea, I would like to personally thank Luke, Ryan and George for their dedication and the sacrifices they have made on behalf of the club.
“Unfortunately, from the shift of the year, our performance and results have not been required at this level.
“We will inform supporters of developments when we are able to announce a new coach, while Alan, his staff and our team are focusing on our upcoming lamps.”
Swansea Host Blackburn in Heaven bet Championship on Saturday.
