Tesla is taking the EU to court over the tariffs it imposed on imports of electric vehicles from China.

The European Court of Justice published the case on its website on Monday morning. The American company follows BMW of Germany and many Chinese automakers in a row.

The EU imposed anti-subsidy tariffs of 7.8 percent Tesla and up to 35.3 percent on other businesses in October. That is more than a fee of 10 percent.
