Tiger Woods is expected to return to action on Tuesday for a TGL race, marking his first appearance from his mother’s death on February 4.
Woods, who expressed his “heartfelt sadness” when he announced Kultida’s passage, had initially scheduled to return for this week’s Genesis Invitational in San Diego, but bent down on Monday.
In a post on X, Woods said, “I planned to do it this week, but I’m not ready. I did the best possible loss.”
15 -year -old PGA champion is now ready to play for the Jupiter Links Golf Club as they face the New York Golf Club, Woods listed as part of the series in a social media TGL position on Saturday.
Woods’ mother was present in her son’s last TGL match when Jupiter Links GC came with a 4-3 overtime victory over co-owner Rory Mcilroy Boston Commons Golf on January 27th.
While Woods has played in TGL this year, he has not competed at an official PGA tour by Open last July.
