The former staff of Annapurna Interactive will take into account the game portfolio of the publisher Private Division

The ex-employees of Annapurna Interactive who left en masse last year have said they have found their next project. According to The team is taking over the games and franchises of Private Division, a former Take-Two label that .
A new company that does not yet have a name has been formed and it appears that some of the 20 or so remaining employees of the Private Division will be laid off as part of the transition. Take-Two said in November that it had sold Private Division (which it published The Outer Worlds and physical copies of Ade) to an unnamed buyer, said to be a private equity firm called Haveli Investments.
Haveli is said to have brought in former Annapurna employees in recent weeks and given them the keys to the Private Division portfolio. That includes an upcoming cozy life sim based on The Lord of the Rings u series and a by Game Freak, which is best known for making Pokemon games.
All Annapurna Interactive staff after discussions to spin out the publisher from the parent company Annapurna Pictures fell through. The company then leaves to replace the team.
Annapurna has a stellar history in the indie realm, having published a series of highly acclaimed games such as Stray, Sayonara Wild Hearts, What’s Left of Edith Finch, Cocoon and (a little confused) Uter Wilds. So there is reason to be optimistic that his former staffers can do great things with the Private Division portfolio. Fingers crossed that this also somehow portends a future for OlliOli and the genius Rollerdrome. Both were developed by Roll7, a which was under the umbrella of the Private Division.
