Wolff says Antonelli, who has quickly accelerated on the F1 amid huge enthusiasm for his potential, has the ability to connect with a younger generation.
Asked about Mercedes’ ability to attract Hamilton -free partners, Wolff said: “It doesn’t get much better (than Adidas) in terms of virtual trademarks in the field of sport.
“It is a testimony of the confidence that this team has progressed.
“And so we feel in the team. We have a strong atmosphere with the partners who are with us and we want to come to the team, so we feel no vanity.”
