US employment department will stop and stop all investigation and implementation activities under the revoked executive order 11246

Washington – Acting Secretary of Labor Vince Micone has now sent the order of Secretary 03-2025 to all employees of the department, who rules over them to stop and abstain under the revoked executive order 11246 and regulations proclaimed under it.

The order is available to all employees in the department, including the Federal Contract Compliance Programs office, the Office of Administrative Law Judges and the Administrative Review Board.

The department has no authority under dismissed Executive Order 11246 or its regulations.
