Xiaomi 15 Ultra launch window leaked

Xiaomi presented 14 Ultra for global markets during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) held in Barcelona in late February last year, just days after its launch in China. The 15 Ultra is coming and you might be wondering when it will be made official.

According to a new rumor coming out of China, Xiaomi will once again announce its flagship phone for global markets at MWC in early March this year.

Like last year, the 15 Ultra is expected to be launched for the Chinese market at the end of February, a few days before the global launch at MWC.

So, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be the first ultra-high-end Chinese Android smartphone coming this year. The phone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and feature a “2K” OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is likely to get a 6000mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support.

On the back, we’re rumored to see a 1-inch Sony Lytia LYT-900 sensor for the main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide, a 50MP close-up telephoto and a 200MP periscope telephoto using the Samsung ISOCELL JN5. 100x hybrid “AI” will be marketed to provide zoom.
